It is well known that stress can easily impact one’s academic performance. In our second term of online learning, there is a general assumption that everyone has adjusted by now. However, that may not be the case. Now more than ever, college students are facing stress in and out of the class”zoom.” In this workshop, the RU Science Peer Advisors will share their understanding of stress and methods they have used to cope during the pandemic. Join us in our workshop as we discuss types of stress and practice some relaxation methods including guided meditations, affirmations and more!
