Types of stress
1. Acute stress: Immediate perceived threat; it can be physical, emotional or psychological.
2. Episodic acute stress: very frequent acute stress; it can be frequent triggers of stress.
3. Chronic stress: A constant feeling of stress that can be caused by work, family or traumatic events; the most harmful of the three.
